With the 4th of July right around the corner, it is the perfect time to make sure you have the perfect holiday plan for you and your family. The Austin areas biggest 4th of July fireworks display is joining forces with the Austin Symphony to put on the most exciting 4th of July show around.
The Austin Symphony, conducted by Peter Bay, and fireworks show is taking place at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) starting at 8:30 p.m. on July 4th. The fireworks will start after the symphony at 9:30 and go until 10 p.m. The event is free for all to attend so make sure to invite the whole family. The event is put on and produced by the Austin Symphony Orchestra.
This will be the symphony’s 38th annual 4th of July concert, and will feature patriotic music, which has become a common accompaniment to many July firework shows for many years. Everybody is invited to come early and bring their own food for a picnic. For those who are not able to attend the actual show, it will be broadcast on the Majic radio station, 95.5, and will also be available on their website.
