Get Ready For The Austin City Limits Festival

Just because fall is here doesn’t mean that the fun outdoor activities have to end. The city of Austin lights up with music, food and fun at the annual Austin City Limits Festival.
The Austin City Limits Festival, more commonly known as ACL Fest, is being held on two consecutive weekends this year instead of just one as in the past. The event will be held October 4th – 6th and October 11th-13th and draws in over 100 artists and 200,000 music fans to the celebration. Enjoy listening to a variety of different music genres from pop, rock, country, gospel, blues, folk and many others. The three days of music and fun will be held at Zilker Park, 45 acres of green space, with the Austin skyline as the backdrop.
Besides listening to great music, you can also browse the handmade arts and crafts while enjoying the fantastic culinary cuisine. Bring the kids along too as children 10-years-old and younger can get in for free to have fun at the Austin Kiddie Limits. They can sing at Rock Star Karaoke, have their face painted and enjoy special musical workshops from 11am to 5pm during the three days of festivities.
So put on your favorite musical artist fan shirt and head down to Austin on October 4th, 5th and 6th for the Austin City Limits Festival. You will have a great time!
